Seeing your Room
 

In each Room, you will see the following areas:

 

Users Panel - This panel shows the Screen Names of all Users currently logged into a Meeting Room.

 

Documents and Views The Documents and Views panel shows a list of all the Documents that have been uploaded to the Meeting Room, and the subsequent Views of each document that have been changed and saved.  The Documents and Views area also includes shortcut icons to let you easily perform several common functions:

Upload a new Document
Save a View
Duplicate a View
Re-name a View
Print a Document or View
Delete a Document or View

Clicking Documents and Views produces a drop-down menu with similar functions.

 

Content Area - The area where documents and views are displayed.

 

Tools - Tools to manipulate and markup documents.

 

Text Messaging - Exchange text messages with anyone logged into the Meeting Room.

 

VoIP and Webcams - Talk to and see others in the Meeting Room through the microphone and speakers on your computer.
