1. Click Documents and Views.

2. Click Upload Document.

3. When the File Manager opens, use it to navigate to the document or digital file that you want to upload. Highlight the DAE file.

4. Click Open.

5. If there are any images associated with the 3D file, the Upload Textures pop up window will appear.

6. For each image, click Browse and select the file on your computer to upload, or Click Cancel to not up load any images.

Note: the image uploaded does not have to match the file name or format, all images with be automatically renamed and converted by Octopz.

7. Once the desired images have been inserted into the texture slot, click Upload Textures.

8. Once all the images are uploaded the 3D object will be automatically uploaded to this Meeting Room. The 3D object's name will appear in the Documents and Views panel.
