Time Zone
To set the system time zone from within the System Preferences section
1. Click Time Zone in the Preference list on the left side.
2. Click the arrow under Organization Default time zone, and highlight the preferred time zone from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save Changes.
4. This time zone becomes the system default.
To allow Users to choose a different time zone from within the System Preferences section
2. Click the box beside Allow Users to set their individual time zones. A check mark appears to indicate that Users may select their own time zone.
Automatically apply daylight savings/summer time from within the System Preferences section
2. Click the box beside Automatically apply daylight savings/summer time.
