1. Click in the single-line text box in the bottom left corner of the screen. Once you see a blinking cursor begin typing your message.

2. Click Send.

3. Your message, including your Username, will appear in the Text Messaging box, following any previous entries. 

4. The most recent message is always visible in the Text Messaging window.  Use the scroll bar to see messages that are no longer visible.

Note: Entries in the Text Messaging window are visible to everyone in the Meeting Room, and remain visible until all participants log out.
