3. In the To field, enter the email address of the person you are inviting.
4. The Subject field is automatically populated (add additional information if you wish).
5. The Message field automatically includes the name of the Meeting Room to which you are providing access. Add any pertinent instructions about the document to be reviewed.
6. Click Send Invitation. An email is sent to the Guest that includes a link to Octopz and allows the Guest to enter the Meeting Room without the need for a username or password.
Note: A Single Visit Invitation expires after it has been used, or within five days if it is unused.
