1. Click Passwords in the Preference list on the left side.

2. To set a Password Minimum Length, use the up/down arrows to choose the minimum number of characters a Password must have.

3. To set a Password Maximum Length, use the up/down arrows to choose the maximum of characters a Password may have.

4. To set the Password History Length, use the up/down arrows to set the number of unique passwords a User must create before a Password can be re-used. 

5. To set a Password expiry limit, use the up/down arrows to choose the number of days Passwords will remain active (minimum of 30 days).

6. To choose the number of Grace logins after account expiry allowed, use the up/down arrows to set the number of grace logins.

7. Once information is amended click Save Changes.

1. Click Passwords in the Preference list on the left side.

2. Click the box beside Allow passwords to expire. A check mark will toggle, whether or not passwords will expire.

3. Click Save Changes.
