Resetting a Forgotten Password

1. Go to your Octopz secure Login page

2. Click Forgot your user name or password?

3. When prompted, enter your email address and click Submit.

4. You will then be notified that an email containing special instructions has been sent to your email address -- then Click OK.

5. You will receive an email containing your Username and a link that will allow you to reset your password.  

6. If you need to reset your password, click the link.

7. At the Welcome screen, click Start Now.

8. A screen opens that asks for your answers to password hint questions.

9. Correctly answer the question(s) and click Next.

10. Enter and then confirm your new password.

11. Click Reset Password.

12. You will see a screen that confirms you have successfully reset your password.
