1. Login to Octopz to be taken to your Room List.

2. Click the name of a Meeting Room to highlight it.

3. Click Enter.

4. The appropriate Meeting Room opens, and you will see all available Documents and Views as well as a list of any Users already logged in to the Meeting Room.
