Moving a Markup While on a Saved View

1. Click the Selection Tool

2. Highlight the object(s) to be moved

3. Click and drag object(s) to new location.

Note: The edited markup will be automatically saved in the saved view.

Resizing a Markup While on a Saved View

1. Click the Selection Tool

2. Highlight the object(s) to be moved

3. Click and drag on one of the black anchor points of the object(s) to resize it.

Note: The edited markup will be automatically saved in the saved view.

Deleting a Markup While on a Saved View

1. Click the Selection Tool

2. Highlight the object(s) to be deleted

3. You can delete a markup one of 3 ways

A: Press the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard

B: Click on the Garbage Can in the right hand tool bar

C: Click on the Garbage Can on the markup toolbar

Note: The edited markup will be automatically saved in the saved view.

Editing a Markup While on a Saved View

1. Click the Selection Tool

2. Highlight the object(s) to be edited

3. When the markup is selected, a toolbar will appear above it. The options available will vary depending on the markup selected.

To choose line thickness

•	Click the Line Thickness icon in the Options Panel.

•	Highlight the desired line thickness in the drop down menu.

To choose line color

•	Click the Line Color icon in the Options Panel.

•	Click the desired color from the choices offered.

To choose fill color:

•	Click the Fill Color icon in the Options Panel.

•	Click the desired color from the choices offered.

Note: The edited markup will be automatically saved in the saved view.
