The Documents and Views panel shows a list of all the Documents that have been uploaded to the Meeting Room, and the subsequent Views of each document that have been changed and saved. 

 

This panel also includes a blank Whiteboard that you can use to work with ideas, comments, sketches and more.

 

The Documents and Views area also includes shortcut icons to let you easily perform several common functions:

•Upload Document
•New View
•Copy View
•Rename View
•Print - Document or View
•Delete - Document or View
•Flickr Import
•Yahoo! Maps Launch

 

Clicking Documents and Views produces a drop-down menu with the following Menu functions:

•Upload Document
•New
•Flickr Import
•Y!Maps
•Info: Document/View
•Print
•Sort by
•New View
•Rename View
•Copy View
•Delete View
•Lock
•Lock Help?
