To Turn on a Webcam

1. Click the on button next to the webcam icon.

To Turn off a Webcam

2. Click the off button next to the webcam icon.

3. When you are connected, your webcam image will appear in the Audio/Video Control section of the Meeting Room, along with that of other Users who have turned on their webcams.  To allow others to see your image, click the on button next to the word Broadcast. If you do not see your live image on the Meeting Room screen, your webcam is not active.

Note: The quality of video and voice can vary depending on your hardware, operating system, and the data transfer capabilities in your region. Some webcams may not work properly across some network firewalls.  If you have trouble viewing or sending video, contact your Meeting Zone Administrator for assistance. Dial-up Internet connections may lack the transfer capacity to handle both video and voice simultaneously.
