1. Click Documents and Views.

2. Click New.

3. Click URL Snapshot.

4. When the New URL Snapshot Dialogue box opens, enter the name of the Bulletin Board (Optional).

5. Enter a URL.

6. Click Submit.

7. Octopz will take a image snapshot of that URL and upload it to this Meeting Room. The URL Snapshot name will appear in the Documents and Views panel.
