Scheduling User Access from the Room Section

 

Highlight the Room you want to schedule

 

Click Schedule Room, a pop up window will appear

From the Users List highlight the name of the User you want to invite.

 

Click Add.

Click Unlimited Access (skip to #7) or Limited Access.

 

If you clicked Limited Access, click the Start Access date or calendar icon and select the Start Date.

 

In the Hour field, use the scroll buttons to highlight the hour that the Meeting will begin.  Octopz uses a 24 hour clock, so 2:00 pm is 14:00.

 

In the Minutes field, highlight the minutes past the hour that the Meeting will begin.  Octopz uses a 24 hour clock, so 1:15 pm is 13:15.

 

Click the End Date calendar icon and highlight the date that the Meeting ends.

 

In the Hour and Minutes fields, set the time that the Meeting ends.

 

Click Save.
