1. Click on a view.

2. Click Documents and Views.

3. Click Lock.

4. Once the view is locked, a lock icon () will appear beside the  view and document name and the markup tools will be disabled.

Note 1: Other users will not be able to edit or create any new markups  within this view until it is unlocked.

Note 2: Once a document is locked, a lock icon () will appear beside the current room inside the Manage Rooms section in the Administration Section.

1. Click on a locked view.

2. Click Documents and Views.

3. Click Unlock.

4. Once the view is unlocked, other users then be able to edit or create new markups within it.

Note: By default, the only users who can unlock views are;

Access to unlocking can be set in the System Preferences.
