Editing a Meeting Room from the Rooms Section

 

In your Room List, click the name of the Meeting Room you want to update.

 

Click Edit Room.

 

Enter your changes in the Room Name and Room Description fields.

 

Click Save.

 

Note: If you changed the Room Name, the new Room Name replaces the former Room Name in the Room List. The new Room Description appears when the Room Name is highlighted.
