1. Click the name of a Meeting Room to highlight it.

2. Click the Delete button.

3. When the Delete Room? dialogue box opens, click Delete Room to delete the Meeting Room.

4. The name of the Meeting Room disappears from the Room List.

Note:  Deleting a Meeting Room permanently removes all of the Documents, Views and Whiteboards that were stored in that room.
