Any User logged into a Meeting Room can be the User In Charge – the User who moves and changes the current document. The name of the current User in Charge is always highlighted in blue.
Controlling the Room from within a Octopz Meeting Room
1. To give control to or take control from any User, click the User’s Name in the User Panel.
